Route 66: The Mother Road
Just as U.S. Highway Route 66 was a catalyst for Americana, we see the World Wide
Web as a catalyst that will integrate the Internet into K12 school curricula.
The Web66 project is designed to facilitate
the introduction of this technology into K12 schools.
The goals of this project are:
- To help K12 educators learn how to set up their own Internet servers.
- To link K12 WWW servers and the educators and students at those schools.
- To help K12 educators find and use K12 appropriate resources on the WWW.
Stephen E. Collins, Webmaster.
